THE SPACE

The Cottontail is recently renovated, inspired by Industrial Rustic aesthetic that blends the convenience of modern amenities with the warmth of a rustic abode. It includes 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with an open layout gourmet kitchen that adjoins a dining room that can comfortably seat 12, leading into the living room that affords views of the golf course and ocean through floor to ceiling windows.

The kitchen sports a massive island with a 6 burner cooking range, ideal for the chef in the group to show-off their culinary skills to the audience, while the mixologist among you can conjure up cocktails at the beverage bar. The wood-fired stove in the great room doubles up like an oven for roasting dinners or pizza night.

The living room sports floor to ceiling windows that provide expansive views of the golf course and redwood forests on one end, and blue water views on the other. It is flanked by a patio on either side that makes for an ideal spot to sip your coffee and soaking in the morning sun, or chilling out with a glass of wine. Adjacent to the living room is an entertainment/tv room and an elevated loft that leads onto a deck affording a higher vantage point for appreciating the expansive landscape or witnessing the sunset on the water.

The courtyard in the front hosts the hot tub and space to unwind outdoors with some protection from winds.
